How to Connect CallAudit Client to CallAudit Server Across your Local Area Network

CallAudit can operate in a client/server mode.  CallAudit Server  (or CallAudit Voice Pro) is setup on one PC with the CallerID hardware attached.  CallAudit Client (or CallAudit Voice) is setup on one or more other PCs.  When calls occur, they show on both the server and client PC locations at about the same time.

Then the client will look across your PC network for the server.  When found, it will connect automatically.  From this point on, each time client starts it will connect to the server.

Each PC in the network must have a licensed copy of CallAudit installed.  When client licenses are purchased from MSI, a license file is provided to set the Server for the maximum number of client PCs that can connect.  Multiple licenses for CAC or CAV can be purchased at a discount rate.
